Adjika
Country: AbkhaziaCourse: Sauces and Condiments
Ingredients:
- 2 red jalapenos (Use more if you prefer a spicier condiment)
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil (give or take)
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
- Put all dry ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse, adding olive oil, until the adjika is a pasty consistency.
