Fried Halloumi

  • 1 (8 ounce) package halloumi cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil


  1. Slice the cheese about 3/8th inch thick, brush with olive oil on both sides and sear in a hot pan.
  2. The cheese should be a golden color on each side. If you pan is hot enough, it should only take one to two minutes per side.
