Perfect Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs red skinned potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 oz butter
  • 4 tbsp whole milk
  • 2 tbsp creme fraiche
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender and drain. Sprinkle with salt, then add the butter, milk and creme fraiche. Beat until creamy and fluffy. Adjust seasonings as necessary.
