  • 1 tbsp black cumin seeds, ground
  • 1 tbsp ajwain seeds, ground
  • 1/8 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black cardamom seeds, ground


  1. Put all the spices together in a grinder or mortar and pestle and process until fine.
