Wat Kimem
Country: EthiopiaCourse: Spice Blend
Makes: about 1/8 cup
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp black cumin seeds, ground
- 1 tbsp ajwain seeds, ground
- 1/8 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black cardamom seeds, ground
Directions:
- Put all the spices together in a grinder or mortar and pestle and process until fine.
