Sunfrid Jacobsen's Fish Casserole

  • 2 lbs cod
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp white vinegar


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the cod and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an ovenproof baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the oil, cream, mustard, ketchup, curry powder and vinegar. Pour over the fish.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily and sauce is bubby. Serve with boiled potatoes.
