Red Rice

Makes: 8 to 12 servings


  • 4 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 packs Sazon Goya
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 or 2 tsp salt
  1. Saute the onion in the vegetable oil until translucent. Add the rice, Sazon Goya and water, then bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
