Red Rice
Country: GuamCourse: Side
Makes: 8 to 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 cups uncooked rice
- 2 packs Sazon Goya
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 or 2 tsp salt
- Saute the onion in the vegetable oil until translucent. Add the rice, Sazon Goya and water, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
